 If you haven’t yet read my other posts, I’m a 22 year old changed man. I wanted to learn <strong>how to get big biceps</strong>, but the more I researched on the topic the more was convinced that having big biceps isn’t everything. If you’re looking for the <strong>best way to get big arms</strong> or get muscles then im glad you’ve found this website. </p>
<p>Throughout all my life up until 7 months ago I was a skinny pushover that couldn’t get a date. My friends would make fun of me because I was the smallest one of all my friends. I even looked 16 at 21 years of age. How embarrassing is that? I was so frustrated that about a year ago I finally decided I have to do something about it. First I decided I have to get big arms because I knew that would solve a lot of problems 1. I could use my big arms to fend off bullies and 2. I knew chicks digged guys with muscular arms.</p>
<p>If you want big biceps, then exercising for your biceps only shouldn’t be your only main focus. Your whole body needs full attention for an all around muscular-toned body. Having a big body also compliments your big biceps. Having big arms only makes your body look hugely disproportional and would be better off if you didn’t have big biceps in the first place, because it makes you look worse. The good news is that once you begin big arm exercises and start building biceps, your body gets in an “anabolic” state which means it prepares itself for building muscle. So you take advantage of this and build muscle to other parts of your body very easily. Trust me on this, while I wanted big arm muscles the most, every part of the body adds to your overall attractiveness and its just as easy to achieve.</p>
<p>So how did i get big arms?</p>
<p>I read a lot of reviews on muscle building programs and I have even tried majority of them but I have to say most of them didn’t work for me. Until finally I came across one program my friend told me about. At first I was a bit skeptical about it because this program promised results within short months (how can that be right). But because of my desperation to get big arms as well as a muscular body got the better of me I went ahead and tried it. I have saved myself a lot of money on gym membership and countless supplements. No more do I have to buy supplements that promise results because this definitely works. I had heard of it in the internet before and I knew it was very popular. But the main reason that made me buy the Vince Delmonte program is because he isn&#8217;t an extreme bodybuilder. He is a fitness champion so he doesn’t have extreme amounts of ugly bulky looking muscle on his body. His muscles are just perfect and that’s what I wanted. I wanted to look good and feel good at the same time. He looks so fit and toned.</p>
<p>Vince focuses on making you look great, not make you look like Arnold Schwarzenegger (hope I spelled his last name correct). His focus is to make you look attractive. I bought his program and at once I realized that it was probably the most detailed thing I have ever read. The guy lists all the exercises you need to do in much detail that it’s almost impossible for you not to get it right. </p>
<p>Vince covered all aspects of bodybuilding nutrition in his book. There are complete meal plans for you set according to calories. This is so incredibly detailed. I followed his program and made it my day by day schedule to follow through. To my amazement after a month I started to see changes in my body. My muscles were actually growing!, my arms started to get bigger which was exactly what I had hoped for (something that has never happened in my life).</p>
<p> After noticing such great results it pushed me to work even harder but didn’t know how to do it because I was doing everything by Vince’s book. So I contacted him personally to ask how I could work out more. This is one of the great features of the program. Having a one on one mentor just an email away was awesome. If you contact him he’ll answer you straight away. So we together put a new and more intense plan focused more on big arm workouts. Working with him has been an  experience as he knows nearly everything there is to know about body muscles.</p>
<p>So I was 5-6 month into his training and I couldn’t believe what I had accomplished. I almost didn’t recognize myself after looking at my previous photos just 6 months before.</p>
<p>A lot about me has changed thanks to Vince Delmonte’s program. I am now getting chicks numbers easily. Actually I don’t even have to approach them since they start the conversation with me first haha. People treat me with respect now (something I never got before). Oh and I forgot to mention that I am now a full time personal bodybuilding trainer, before I was flipping burgers for a living. How’s that for an accomplishment huh? most importantly I am now more Confident and happy with my life.</p>
<p>Anyway, I should cut my post before I drag on more and bore you LOL (this is actually the most i&#8217;ve written before to be honest). But all in all I hope you were inspired by my story and take something valuable from this page, because it takes so little time to change your life completely. You see I am now a personal (a year ago I was working at Burger King!!) I have Vince and well myself to thank for.</p>

<p>Start by Standing with your feet a shoulder-width apart and hold a weighted barbell with both hands in an underhand grip. Let it hang in front of you at arm’s length and make sure your elbows are tucked in and close to your torso at all times.</p>
<p>Now you should, pull up the barbell by rotating only your arms, using the power from your biceps to do so until the barbell is at about shoulder level. Hold the contraction for a beat to maximize the effort, and then lower to the starting position.</p>
<p>You should repeat for  4 sets of 8-12 reps</p>

<p>    * Go Hard With Milk. Drink heaps of milk a day (one gallon). This is one of the quickest ways to put on weight.<br />
    * Eat up large. Eat multiple meals a day. Breakfast, brunch, lunch, snacks, dinner, post workout. Try to eat your stomach full on each meal.<br />
    * Workouts. Do extra squats than normal. Repeat two sets of 8-11 reps, then perform the same exercise with your palms facing up in order to work the other muscles of the forearm.<br />

Getting big muscular arms isn’t as hard as you think it is unless you want to be a big time bodybuilder which I’m sure you don’t want. <p>I was once a skinny kid that people would walk all over me. Don’t believe me? Ask my friends. A common question my friends would ask me, apart from how did I get so big, is how long did it take to get big biceps like yours with a killer big body? To be honest I did it within 5-6 months! Before, I had no muscles at all, I was scrawny looking with no confidence at all. Six months of hard training and it all payed off. Look at me now!</p>
<p>You’re probably wondering what steps I took to look like this now. Well to be honest I’m tempted to keep this a secret but what the heck. I learned from a man called Vince Delmonte, who is one of the BEST fitness guru’s out there. I was a bit skeptical when I first heard his name from a friend but because of my determination to <strong>get big arms fast</strong> to fend off bullies who stood all over me I  followed Delmonte’s big arm exercise program. He has an awesome body, one that I wanted so bad. He’s not an extreme bodybuilder like those bosy builders you see on tv who have necks the size of my thighs. I have been working together with him over email and I can tell he was really wanted to turn me into different man physically. What has drawn me colder to him was the fact that he was once like me a long time ago (a skinny scrawny wimp).</p>

Hi guys, this is my first ever post on this website. On this blog I will share to you all about how I managed to get big biceps and a overall a muscular body. My life has changed A LOT ever since. A year ago I was flipping burgers at Burger King, now I am a Full-Time personal trainer earning a pretty good living. A big accomplishment in just a year for a previously 22 year old skinny kid. Firstly, I would like to say that if you want big biceps, then exercising for your biceps only shouldn’t be on your mind right now. Your whole body needs full attention for an all around muscular-toned body. Having a big body also compliments your big biceps. </p>
<p>Secondly, I would also like to say that whether you’re scrawny looking or chubby, improving only your arms will make you look….well unusual. I speak from experience. In my first couple of  months I started training my main focus was getting huge and muscular arms. I have to say the results weren’t very good. As you would imagine I looked disproportionate. Seriously I was better off with my skinny arms before. I finally decided to go through the bodybuilding program in great detail. So don’t focus too much on <strong>how to get big biceps</strong>. You should be about building an all around muscular body that will get chicks noticing you everywhere you go.</p>
