Why get big biceps? How I Started

Hi guys, this is my first ever post on this website. On this blog I will share to you all about how I managed to get big biceps and a overall a muscular body. My life has changed A LOT ever since. A year ago I was flipping burgers at Burger King, now I am a Full-Time personal trainer earning a pretty good living. A big accomplishment in just a year for a previously 22 year old skinny kid. Firstly, I would like to say that if you want big biceps, then exercising for your biceps only shouldn’t be on your mind right now. Your whole body needs full attention for an all around muscular-toned body. Having a big body also compliments your big biceps.

Secondly, I would also like to say that whether you’re scrawny looking or chubby, improving only your arms will make you look….well unusual. I speak from experience. In my first couple of months I started training my main focus was getting huge and muscular arms. I have to say the results weren’t very good. As you would imagine I looked disproportionate. Seriously I was better off with my skinny arms before. I finally decided to go through the bodybuilding program in great detail. So don’t focus too much on how to get big biceps. You should be about building an all around muscular body that will get chicks noticing you everywhere you go.
