Tips on how to get big biceps

Big muscular arms are the true definition of strength and power and can really change a person’s appearance and confidence.

If you’re wondering how to get big biceps (especially if you’re skinny), you need to eat large amounts. This means eat everything! Your body needs to have an excess of calories each day before you can start building muscle. Make sure you eat a lot of protein such as meat, eggs and fish and lots of carbs (bread, rice and potatoes). Protein is what makes up your muscles, and you need a lot of it to actually build muscle. Try to eat as much protein as possible.

To really get big biceps, make sure you either have a protein shake (a protein drink) or a good meal after your biceps workout. This is when your bicep muscles are repairing and need the nutrients. More importantly make sure you eat before you go to bed. Most of the muscle actually builds while you’re sleeping.
